Return Policy

Return policy for in-store purchases.

If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods meet our criteria as below.

 

ACCEPTED REFUNDS
1. Fresh and frozen products: Must be returned on the same day of purchase with a valid invoice, unopened, and in a fully resalable condition.
2. Dried food and non-food items: Returns accepted within 3 days of purchase with a valid invoice, unopened, and in fully resalable condition.
3. Expired products: If the product is expired on the date of purchase, a refund will be processed
4. Staff errors: Refunds will be granted in cases of incorrect items or pricing with a valid invoice.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
1. Nails products
2. Discounted products (Except if the product is expired)
3. Opened or used Products ((Unless the product is defective or not in the condition it should be on the day of purchase)

 

Terms and conditions:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange due to any reasonable and or unethical reason.
  2. The refund process will be completed within 24 hours on a business day.
