Return policy for in-store purchases.
If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods meet our criteria as below.
| ACCEPTED REFUNDS |
| 1. Fresh and frozen products: Must be returned on the same day of purchase with a valid invoice, unopened, and in a fully resalable condition. |
| 2. Dried food and non-food items: Returns accepted within 3 days of purchase with a valid invoice, unopened, and in fully resalable condition. |
| 3. Expired products: If the product is expired on the date of purchase, a refund will be processed |
| 4. Staff errors: Refunds will be granted in cases of incorrect items or pricing with a valid invoice. |
| NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS |
| 1. Nails products |
| 2. Discounted products (Except if the product is expired) |
| 3. Opened or used Products ((Unless the product is defective or not in the condition it should be on the day of purchase) |
